Conditions
The party requesting the test promises to bear all the costs of the tests according to the laboratory instructions.
Construction laboratories promise to perform the necessary tests on the samples submitted by the applicant.
The construction laboratory shall keep the samples as long as it deems necessary, while if the requester requests the return of the samples (for materials that are not damaged and remain intact), he/she must visit the laboratory within 10 days The results of the tests, otherwise the right it disappears.
Laboratories are obliged to take appropriate measures to preserve samples for the duration of their retention.
In the event of damage or breakage of samples prior to testing, the requesting party is obliged to provide “replacement samples” similar to the basic samples. If this cannot be provided, a “replacement inspection” must be carried out (if possible), subject to new costs and mutual agreement.
Documents
Bring a letter from the place where you are requesting an inspection (required).
The arrival of the Superintending Engineer or his representative to bring the materials, to ensure that the materials are not changed by the Contractor.

Price
According to the letter of the Ministry of Reconstruction and Housing No. (5855) dated 30/9/2015, supported by the letter of the Ministry of Finance and Economy / General Directorate of Budget / Revenues and Expenditures No. (7374) dated 31/8/2015:
(222,750) Two hundred and twenty-two thousand seven hundred and fifty dinars.
Procedures
First, the client visits the Construction Laboratory Directorate according to its geographical boundaries, in order to submit the documents and the materials to be tested.
Visit the sampling room, in order to hand over the sample to the laboratory.
Visit the Art Room, in order to obtain the approval of the Art Director on the requested letter to ensure the authenticity.
Signature of sample collection and sending to the relevant department.
Signature of Inspection and Reporting Officer to make the inspection report truthfully and accurately.
Signature of the Head of the concerned department for making the inspection report truthfully and accurately.
Signature of the Art Office, for verification of report to be signed by the Director.
Signature of the laboratory director to approve the results.
Retrieving the Inspection Report In the Reports section to retrieve the sample inspection results.
