Having visa codes; the types of visa are stated in the article no. (8), statement no. (7) of year (2017).
If the request is carried out through a legal representative, the representative must fill out the forms referred to in Article (9), Statement no. (7) of year (2017) in accordance with the characteristics of the entity.

Procedures
The requestor visits the designated link of the Directorate of Visa (https://evisa.moi.gov.krd) to download and fill out the required application forms, for the purpose of obtaining approvals from the relevant authorities as indicated in the forms.
After obtaining approval on the application form, the application will be sent to the Service Department at the Visa Issuance Directorate of the Divan at the Ministry of Interior.
The application will be sent to the Issuance Department for the purpose of issuing the visa code.
