The applicant must be Iraqi citizen or naturalized citizen.
The applicant must be 18 years or older.

Procedures
Visit the relevant Passport Office to submit the required documents and initiate the application.
Obtain the bank cheque from one of the authorized banks by KRG.
Fill out an application form and attach copies of the required IDs and the bank cheque.
Submit the application to an intake officer, which she/he will take your fingerprints and verify the documents.
Visit the auditing window to audit the application and authenticity of the documents.
Return to the intake office to take a photograph and give you a voucher to collect your passport when ready.
Note: The applicant can follow up on the status of the passport through the portals or social media pages of the relevant passport offices.
