Approval of documents issued in the Kurdistan Region and used abroad by the Office of Foreign Relations.

If the document is organized by the KRG representations abroad, it must contain the following conditions:
• Include all legal procedures for organizing the document.
• Documents must be original copies.

If the document is approved by the KRG representations abroad, it must contain the following conditions:
• Include all legal procedures for the approval of the document.
• Bear the original stamp of representation and the living signature of the representative or authorized representative.

If the document is organized or approved by Iraqi embassies and consulates abroad, it must meet the following requirements:
• Approved by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Documents must be original copies.

If the document is organized or approved by foreign missions in the region, it must contain the following conditions:
• The document must bear the original stamp of the issuing party and the live signature of the responsible person or authorized person.

If the document is prepared by the Kurdistan Regional Government institutions, it must contain the following conditions:
• Include all legal procedures for organizing the document.
• Approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Kurdistan Regional Government.
