Conditions
The transaction should be specific to a minor/mental illness ones.
The action should be beneficial to the minor/mental illness ones.
Having a minor/mental illness one’s guardian, trustee or parent
Documents
If the applicant is a guardian, he or she needs a certificate of custody and a national card.
If the applicant is a valuable person in your family, he/she needs a certificate of interdiction and a national card.
If the applicant is a parent, he/she needs a national card of the parent and the minor / mental illness one.
Time
Thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes.
Price
According to the Judicial Tax Directive No. 50 of 2007, the Judicial Tax Law No. 114 of 1981:
- Only one pound (1,000) one thousand dinars for the application.
- Only one pound (1,000) one thousand dinars for the application.
Procedures
The applicant visits one of the directorates of disabled care.
He visits the director's room, in order to sign his application.
He visits the incoming room to register his application.
Visits the authorization room, in order to fill in the form about authorization.
He visits the director’s room again, in order to sign the authorization form.
Revisit the authorization room, to get the transaction after completion.
