Registration of equipment

Every piece of equipment used daily for production in factories and companies, such as agricultural and professional equipment, must be certified by a registrar, which records the name of the equipment, type and how to use a unique number, this is used as an identity card for the equipment.

Conditions

The applicant must have attained the age of eighteen (18).

The equipment must not be out of order and not previously registered anywhere.

Any equipment imported from abroad must be registered within not less than six (6) months, but if the period exceeds six (6) months, it must be published in an official gazette, in order to prove ownership.

When inspecting the equipment, the equipment should not be covered with any covering (nylon, cardboard, wood).

If the manifest is in the name of any person, the equipment must be registered in that person's name, but if the manifest is not in the name of the applicant, it must be published in an official gazette, In order to prove ownership, if the person is the owner of the company, the authorized manager must have given someone a power of attorney to register the equipment.

Documents

National card, Iraqi citizenship, civil status ID or Iraqi passport.

For foreigners, residence card and passport.

for company entire company document with new approval.

Time

Seven (7) days if he has a manifest, twenty (20) days if he does not have a manifest.

Price

According to the Judicial Fees Law No. (114) of 1981 and (Consensus of the Committee to Regulate the Fees of Judicial Offices No. (8/6/584) on 2017/3/15:
Registration approval:
- Approval fee (1,000) One thousand dinars.
- Currency (500) five hundred dinars.
Also, the amount of (15,000) fifteen thousand dinars will be charged from applicant by INFO RR Company.

Procedures

The applicant visits one of the judicial offices according to the geographical boundaries.

Visits the Equipment Registration Department, in order to fill out the Equipment Registration Application Form.

He visits the judge's room to sign the form.

Visits accounts and trusts, for payment purposes.

Visits the Equipment Records Department, in order to schedule an inspection of the equipment.

After the inspection, it shall return to the equipment registration room to submit a letter to the General Directorate of Companies Registration for providing business names, to the Income Tax Directorate for factory cleanliness, with Attached to a written record of the inspection of the equipment and notice for publication in the gazette.

After the expiration of the statutory gazette period, which is fifteen (15) days, the equipment registration certificate shall be issued.
