Conditions
This service can be performed by an attorney, provided you have a legal power of attorney.
Taking over and registering the business name for the company.
The company's capital should not be less than (1,000,000) one million dinars, bringing support from an authorized public or private bank.
The company must have a headquarters and a visible address.
The owner of the company must be legally entitled and not a public sector employee.
The Authorized Manager should visit the designated public sector bank to generate the unique personal account.
Documents
The incorporation agreement should be signed by the owners the lawyer who arranged the agreement, which is accessible through the electronic registration system.
If the owner is an Iraqi company (national card and information card, unique personal number).
If the authorized manager is Iraqi (national card, information card and unique personal number).
If the owner of the company is a foreigner: Power of attorney outside the region and copy of passport.
If the authorized manager of the company is a foreigner, (passport and unique personal number).
(Written) endorsement of the deposit of the company's capital in a public or private bank registered with the General Directorate of Companies Registration.
Application for Appointment of Authorized Manager.
If the authorized director is a citizen outside the Kurdistan Region, the director's residency card is required after the establishment of the company

According to Decision No. (119) on 20/11/2017:
To register a company:
- For each million dinars of the company's capital, the amount of (4,500) four thousand five hundred dinars will be charged as capital fees.
- (25,000) twenty-five thousand dinars inspection fee.
- (50,000) Fifty thousand dinars Company registration fee.
- (25,000) Twenty-five thousand dinars publication fee.
- (50,000) Fifty thousand dinars for verification of documents.
To appoint an authorized manager of the company:
- (50,000) Fifty thousand dinars for verification of documents.
- (25,000) Twenty-five thousand dinars for the appointment of the authorized manager.
- (25,000) twenty-five thousand dinars publication fee.
To register a company:
- For each million dinars of the company's capital, the amount of (4,500) four thousand five hundred dinars will be charged as capital fees.
- (25,000) twenty-five thousand dinars inspection fee.
- (50,000) Fifty thousand dinars Company registration fee.

Procedures
Through an electronic system (business registration portal) you record all the information and wait until you receive the contract of incorporation by email, then take this contract to the authorized bank for investment and bring supporting letters, then visit the office to pick it up Original documents for verification.
At the office, all documents entered in the system will be compared with the original copy, then you will be charged a fee and receive an original copy of the company registration certificate.
After receiving the company certificate and appointment of authorized manager, the employee must submit the letter of appointment of lawyer and accountant, with the letter of registration of the company with tax and securing it to the Directorate of Companies in Erbil, Sulaimani, Duhok or Zakho
