Procedures
Receipt of letters from the Administrative Directorate of the Archives Department.
Send letters from the archives department to the research and development office.
Forwarding the letter to the Directorate of Scientific Affairs by Mr. Director General of the Office of Research and Development.
Preparation of the letter by the Directorate of Scientific Affairs and signed by the Minister or the Director General of the Office of Research and Development.
Send the reply to the archive department for numbering and sending it to the institution that sent the letter.
